◆工(gong)藝(yi)簡介(jie)利(li)(li)用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)浮機(ji)將(jiang)微小懸浮物通過物化(hua)加藥(yao)方式排(pai)(pai)出(chu)(chu)系統(tong)(tong)。污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過氣(qi)(qi)(qi)浮裝置(zhi)以后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)釋(shi)氧(yang)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)(zhong),利(li)(li)用(yong)在釋(shi)氧(yang)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)停(ting)留時間(jian)降(jiang)低水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)DO值。保(bao)證(zheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)解酸(suan)化(hua)工(gong)序的(de)(de)正(zheng)常進(jin)(jin)行。系統(tong)(tong)配(pei)置(zhi)調(diao)節酸(suan)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)一是(shi)調(diao)節水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量,二是(shi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)預酸(suan)化(hua),提高(gao)厭氧(yang)單元的(de)(de)效率。調(diao)節酸(suan)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)定(ding)期用(yong)泵(beng)(beng)提升(sheng)至EGSB反應器的(de)(de)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)器,以保(bao)證(zheng)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)EGSB反應器水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)均勻、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量穩定(ding)。廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)EGSB反應器進(jin)(jin)行厭氧(yang)反應,大量去除(chu)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)COD、BOD,將(jiang)其(qi)轉化(hua)為(wei)(wei)沼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。EGSB反應器的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)絮凝(ning)反應罐(guan),產生的(de)(de)沼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)則經過水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)封罐(guan),再經過脫(tuo)硫罐(guan)和水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)封罐(guan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)柜(ju)貯存。沼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)通過沼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)發電機(ji)進(jin)(jin)行發電,供給廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)用(yong)電。污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經過厭氧(yang)處理(li)(li)后(hou)(hou),產生了大量的(de)(de)氨氣(qi)(qi)(qi)和其(qi)他氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體,為(wei)(wei)降(jiang)低后(hou)(hou)續處理(li)(li)設(she)施的(de)(de)負荷,保(bao)證(zheng)處理(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)氨氮達標,設(she)置(zhi)吹脫(tuo)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)利(li)(li)用(yong)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)將(jiang)其(qi)吹脫(tuo)。吹脫(tuo)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自流進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)蓄積水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量后(hou)(hou),用(yong)泵(beng)(beng)提升(sheng)分(fen)配(pei)給好(hao)(hao)氧(yang)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在好(hao)(hao)氧(yang)進(jin)(jin)行好(hao)(hao)氧(yang)反應,利(li)(li)用(yong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)好(hao)(hao)氧(yang)微生物的(de)(de)代謝作用(yong)將(jiang)大量的(de)(de)有機(ji)污(wu)染物和氨氮去除(chu),從而使廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)得到了凈化(hua)污(wu)泥則排(pai)(pai)入(ru)(ru)(ru)集泥池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。
